Getting support to find trainees and apprentices at the university

If you are a company based in France or the French and German-speaking area looking to recruit work-study students and trainees from the University of Strasbourg, you can seek advice from the Department for Outreach and Support for Traineeships and Apprenticeships (Pôle prospection et accompagnement des stages et apprentissages). This department helps you find the right training courses and the right contacts to meet your recruitment needs, and develop a close relationship with the university’s schools, faculties and institutes to find the candidates you’re looking for.

How this works: Access the Alumni Network website to publish your job ads. The Department for Outreach and Support for Traineeships and Apprenticeships will then analyse each ad and share it with the relevant course managers, to maximise its visibility and attract qualified candidates.

You can also take it a step further and establish strong ties with the university community by organising visits to your premises, taking part in on-campus and off-campus events, interacting with students and introducing them to your professions, and more...
